ABOUT MY RESEARCH
After a training in biology and ecology, I progressively shifted to social sciences with a growing interest for human - animal relationships and human activities linked with animals (livestock breeding and hunting).
My PhD focused on Kyrgyz shepherds relationships with wolves, based on participant observations and interviews. Then I developed a fieldwork in Macedonia to compare local people relationships with three different carnivore species: lynx, bears and wolves.
